Ryatta Group is delighted to announce the launch of a new, redesigned website for long-time client The Spa at Ponte Vedra Club and Inn (PVBR), using Ryatta Group’s groundbreaking Luxury theme.
Ponte Vedra is the largest spa in Northern Florida, with 30,000 square feet and a state-of-the-art facility meticulously designed to blend opulence and grandeur with the latest technologies and therapies. It boasts one of Florida’s most seductively beautiful beaches, and was voted Best Day Spa and Top Spa for Bridal Parties by Jacksonville Magazine.
PVBR was one of the first spas to go live with SpaDirect. Says spa manager Tara Shewey, “I knew online booking was going to be successful, but I didn’t think it was going to be such an immediate success.”
Now, they’ve taken the next step by upgrading from SpaDirect’s Card theme to the new Luxury theme.
Luxury improves on the already mobile-friendly and intuitive Card theme by introducing Itinerary Booking, a novel system permitting guests to book multiple treatments for multiple people as easily as booking one for themselves. The guest needs only choose the date and start-time, and then add the treatments for each guest, then SpaDirect returns a list of potential schedules.
“The online booking is just as flexible as a reservations agent, and always on duty,” commented Shewey.
Guests seem to agree. Mirroring PVBR’s initial launch with the Card Theme, appointments were booked within moments of Luxury going live, and PVBR’s online revenue has improved by over 50% over the previous month, and 40% over the previous quarter’s average.
